FAB ✱ EDUCATION
Following the IDC conference in Bremen from June 12th to 15th, we will present FABLab principles in the context of STEIM education and training.
We will start with a two-day symposium (June 15, 6 pm to June 17, 6 pm) and a parallel artistic programme. We have a space of 5000 square feet at our disposal for exhibitions and a temporary FABLab.
The next two weeks will involve workshops demonstrating the potential of FABLabs as platforms for the DIY movement and as co-operation partners for schools, businesses and cultural organisations.

The contents will be documented and made available on a bilingual website. FAB* Education in Bremen will mark the beginning of a series of subsequent events with the focus on education which will take place annually at various locations. As participants, we will also be looking for collaboration partners in education, government and business to share the work of FABlabs across Europe.
